1. Information We Collect

• Personal Information: Name, Email Address, Phone Number, and Profile Avatar (obtained via manual sign-up or securely via Google OAuth).
• Payment Information: Transactions inside our Android app are handled safely via Google Play Billing. Web transactions are processed via Razorpay. We never store credit/debit card numbers or passwords on our servers.
• App Usage Data: Test scores, leaderboard ranks, quiz attempt history, and time taken to complete tests.

2. Third-Party Services & Google OAuth

We use Google OAuth strictly for seamless sign-in and account creation. We request only basic profile information (Email, Name, Profile Picture). Vijay Path's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

In compliance with Google Play Store Policies, Vijay Path provides full control over your personal data. You have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.

What Data is Deleted:

• Your user profile information (Name, Email, Phone Number, Profile Picture).
• Your quiz attempt history, test scores, and leaderboard ranking.
• Your referral records and saved app preferences.

Note: Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted within 7 days of submitting the request. Upon completion, all personal data is permanently removed from our active servers.

1. Educational Purpose & Payments

Vijay Path is designed exclusively for competitive exam preparation. Purchases within the Android app for mock tests or subscriptions are processed using Google Play Billing System and are subject to Google Play’s Terms of Service.

2. Strict No Gambling Policy

Vijay Path does not facilitate real-money gaming, gambling, betting, or digital wallet top-ups. The "Refer & Earn" feature rewards strictly virtual points that hold no real-world monetary value and cannot be withdrawn.

Strict No Refund Policy: Vijay Path offers immediate access to digital educational goods, mock tests, and online content. Purchases made through Google Play Billing are governed by Google Play Refund Policies. Purchases made via our website are non-refundable.

• No Refunds: We do not directly issue refunds for completed transactions for digital content.
• Google Play Refunds: Users who purchased digital items through the Android app may request refunds through the Google Play Store as per Google’s refund policy.
